Privacy notice
How we handle what you send us. Last updated September 2026.
The short version
We collect only what the forms on this site ask for. We use it to contact you about AMETION and to show, in aggregate, where demand for the service exists. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus basic source information:
Rider waitlist
- Name and email address.
- ZIP code.
- The installation or area you selected from a fixed list.
- Trip purposes, typical travel times, and current alternatives.
- An optional price-preference answer and optional free-text notes.
Operator interest
- Name, email address, and ZIP code.
- Optional military affiliation, chosen from a fixed list.
- Vehicle type and availability windows.
- Optional free-text notes.
Investor materials request
- Name, email address, and optional firm or organization.
- Optional free text about what you want to discuss.
- Your accreditation self-attestation. It is a statement you make; we do not verify it and we do not collect financial documentation.
Community and partner inquiries
- Name, email address, and optional organization.
- Inquiry type and your message.
Source information attached to every submission
- The date and time you submitted the form, and the page you landed on.
- UTM campaign parameters if you arrived from a link that carried them, and the hostname of the site that referred you.
- Which form you used, so the submission reaches the right pipeline.
Source information is kept in your browser for the length of your visit using session storage, and is submitted with the form. It is cleared when you close the tab.
What we never ask for
AMETION does not collect military ID or DoD ID numbers, rank, unit, exact duty locations or buildings, deployment dates, unit movements, or any other operationally sensitive information. Please do not put that information into a free-text field. If you do, we will delete it.
We also do not collect payment information, government identification, driver's license numbers, or background-check data through this site. No such process exists yet.
Where it goes
The forms on this site are not yet connected to that platform. Until they are, submitting the form opens your own email application with your answers filled in. Nothing is sent until you send that message yourself, and it arrives as an ordinary email in our inbox.
Email we receive is stored in our business email account. Access is limited to people working on AMETION who need it.
How we use it
- To contact you about AMETION's pilot, status, and launch.
- To measure demand by ZIP code and installation area. This is reported in aggregate — for example, the number of waitlist signups in a corridor — including to prospective investors and partners.
- To plan operator coverage in a proposed pilot area.
- To respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share individual submissions with investors, partners, or any government agency except where we are legally required to.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The only browser storage it uses is the session storage described above. Embedded forms, once connected, are served by HighLevel and may set their own cookies within that embedded frame under HighLevel's policies.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and interest submissions while AMETION is working toward a pilot in your area, and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can tell you what happened. If the pilot does not proceed, we will delete the list rather than repurpose it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete what you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing dale.dune@yahoo.com. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe option. California residents may exercise the rights available to them under the CCPA through the same address.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
AMETION is pre-launch, and this notice will change as the company forms, connects its systems, and begins a pilot. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
